Suggest Medication For Swelling Of Knee Noticed After Physical Activity

my 15 year old son is an active soccer player and runner. He occasionally wakes with a swollen painless knee. Physio suggested swelling was coming from back nerves irritation. lots of back exercises later, still intermittently waking with swollen knee.
