i was hit by a beer mug on my face on sunday, i bled for a few munites then my swalled. as i cough i spit out blood clots and i feel them on throat until now my face is still swallen am still feeling a slit head ache and i cant feel my teeth they are still numb. what medication can i use for this.

I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, ranitidine, domperidoneand diclofenac .
