Suggest Medication For Swollen Glands On Neck And Arm Pit

Hello my name is Adam from England. I am currently traveling around Indonesia. I am suffering with swollen glans, both sides of my neck and in my left arm pit. I also have a bunged up nose and originally had a sore throat, although that now has passed. I also have a slight fever which comes and goes. Any help would be great.
