Suggest Medication For Swollen Hands

Almost every morning I wake up w hands swollen 2-3x the size goes down after up a couple hrs but maybe handful of days I ve seen hands back to normal in months. I m 39 5 3 and have had weight gain also just can t get off along w constant hip pain some days literally unbearable my forefinger knuckle is bigger or seems n hands n arms hand tingling off n on . this morning got up w back n hip hurting n after up I could feel hand swell more N also my blood pressure has been hi but haven t been back to Dr.w readings 150 -160 s over 112-126

You need this evaluated with blood tests because it sounds like an autoimmune disorder like rheumatoid arthritis.

The tests would include ANA, rheumatoid factor, C reactive protein and sed rate
