Suggest Medication For Tenderness On Left Area Of Head After Getting Hit

Hi, I am a 42 year old female who hit the the back top left area of my head on a chair 4 days ago. Initially there was a big lump present and very tender to touch. It has since gone down but is still tender to touch. There are no other real side effects as of now. Should I be concerned with any long term effects such as bleeding internally?
