Suggest Medication For Tingling And Numbness In Right Hand

hi my right hand especially my thumb has felt quite numb and tingly for the last 12 hours or so. I dont know if i'm over thinking it but my hand is cold and i think the rest of my right side is feeling a little bit tingly too. Its not particularly severe but my right hand is quite weak. I'm worrying aboit it which could be making it worse i guess. Any advice? Thanks, Lindsay
