Suggest Medication For Tingling,numbness And Pain In Left Shoulder Blade

I have been having pain from my left shoulder blade that goes under my arm around to my breast/chest. My left arm has been tingling/numbness as well. I have been having these symptoms for about a week. The pain is constant but the severity changes. I have noticed that when I am stressed the most is when the pain is the worst. I also have almost a constant sick to my stomach feeling for the last two days.
