my 18-years son are studying hons-physics in residential collage .he occasionally skip breakfast .now he is looking tired . some times he is unable to go for lunch also.,because his time schedule .should i give him threptin biscuit ? and what amount ?

because of the less food intake hypoglycemia is likely, and instead of giving some medicine or specific diet better to encourage for eating habit or else this would be necessary to find out cause of loss of appetite, hope this helps.
