Suggest Medication For Typhoid And UTI In A Child

hi, my 3yrs 9 month old daughter was having typhoid and UTI simultaneously.Initial urine test show about 15-20 pus cells. Culture test of urine doesn t show any growth.After 10 days of treatment typhoid was cured but routine urine test test showed increase in pus cells to 30-32 , presence of deposits , albumin and 20-25 epithelial cells. Doctor prescribed advent forte single dose of 5ml , urifast single dose 7.5ml and citrolite syrup one spoon in a glass of water. Is the treatment going in right way , how long it will go , what are the reasons for UTI ?

For typhoid you can take antibiotic like zifi-oz or droxyl after an expert opinion along with akilos-p or dan-p for fever and bodyache. take cap pantop-dsr or rabson-dsr empty stomach for gastric upset and vomiting if present. Drink plenty of oral fluid to combat with dehydration as well as UTI. Take some multivitamin for weakness and lethargy.
