Suggest Medication For Upper Limb Joint Pain
54yr old male. 2 week history of especially upper limb joint pains, mainly PIJ both thumbs [R>L]. Clunking and clicking of associated tendons. Stiffness [worse in mornings]. Includes elbows, shoulders and maintaing arms above head. No relief with NSAIs. RhF neg. Eosinophilia 7.9%.
