Suggest Medication For Vaginal Itching

hello , i have the vaginal itching !! last night i couldn't sleep even . i m suffering from backpain since last few months . i had taken the medicines n also i had my x-rays . Everthing was normal but my pain is still their . I m 19 years old , i lost my virginity at any early age due to some un-avoidable circumstances . I m right now living in a live-in relationship . i use to have sex once a month now since last 2 yrs on an average and also use to take i-pill or un-wanted 72 even. Help me to get rid of this vaginal itching and also my backace problem . Plz help dr.... i m confused with the line of treatment
