Suggest Medication For Vertigo And Numbness

About 6 months ago I had some issues with some vertigo and numbness and tingling. When I went to the doctor ( who was a doc in flight med on a military base) he wasnt even sure what to think and wanted me to get an MRI done and had suspected MS. I was not able to do one because we were moving before there was an appointment opening. But one day the symptoms just kind of resolved. I had an eye exam done where the optometrist took pictures of the inside and back of my eyes which looked fine. Since then I get some tingling and the hands and legs falling asleep feeling when im holding my hands up or holding my daughter or sitting in an odd position. But as soon as I move it resolves itself. I have had no dizziness and no blurred vision. But I have been waking up with numbness down my right arm that starts at my sholder...it takes me a couple mins to get feeling back. I have had no weakness in any of my limbs. I have been having some fluttering feelings in my arms and legs that happen a couple of times a day. I have had test done to check for vitamin deficianies and there were none. I have hypothyroidism but it has been treated for over 2 years and I have already had the dosage checked. I have no cronic fratigue or confusion. But ever since the doctor mentioned MS. I have been extremely stressed about the chance of having it. Im know a diagnosis cant be made online but im wondering if there is really any chance of me having ms.
