Suggest Medication For Weeping Eyes,sore Throat With Phlegm And Weakness

help make it go away My eyes are watering my nose is running my throat is sore from coughing up a lot of phlegm I ve had a headache for the past 2 days and my back and neck hurt. the worst part is I ve had this on going pain in my chest more towards the left side deep to my breast. I have gone to the doctor plenty of times she will prescribe me antibiotics every time. I have been on the z pak and all sorts of others like that. she then goes to tell me that I have acid reflex because I had heartburn 1 time after eating Mexican...... I have been feeling like this for a couple months but the symptoms stated above have just been starting to get worse the past couple of days. right now I am taking claritin d mucus relief Cloraseptic ibuprofen 800 mg and cough drops. I really don t believe that they are working. please let me know what is wrong.

As you describe in your query that there is watering in the eyes, running nose , sore throat, cough with phlegm or without phlegm, headache, back pain and also pain in the left side of chest . These symptoms sometimes recurs ( rather so many times), some relief with antibiotics . Mucus reliever , antibiotics, ibuprofen and many more medicine with no relief.
Also there is heart burn . But heart burn may be due to hyper acidity either due to medicine used for these symptoms or due to these symptoms.
These symptoms may be due to Asthmatic allergic bronchitis . When patient get some allergy there develop bronchoconstriction and this bronchoconstriction causes breathlessness and cough , while allergy also causes tears from eyes , itching , blocking in nose ( also post nasal discharge ) .
Some times this allergy when combine ( super added ) with infection there develop pain in throat , headache , neck pain .
Dust , mite , pollen , hay , fodder , fine dusting powder , sudden fall & rise of temperature , humidity are predisposing factors of these symptoms i.e. allergy.
Avoidance ( from these factors ) will help.
When such patient visit I usually prescribe them monteleukast+ bambuterol ( combo pack) once or twice in day till complete relief.
If sore throat I advise them to take levofloxacin 750 mg / day for 5 days .
Since these drugs are prescription medicine so get a prescription from a doctor .
Hot coffee also help . If blocking of nose very severe you may need some nasal spray.
