Suggest Medication For Wrist Injury

My 11 year old daughter fell earlier and hurt her wrist, when she got home at 830 we looked at her wrist and the was no swelling, bruising or diformity of any kind, and there still is not. We gave her Ibuprofen and had her put ice on it. Should I take her to the Er or wait til morning.
