Suggest Medication Fro Stomachache, Fever And Tightening Of Ribs

Hi, I m 17 male and I m relatively healthy, I had a fever so temperature problems, so I thought it was normal. Then on came the feeling of being hungry but it feels tightish under my ribs making it hard to eat. Which scares me because my stomach feels empty and tight all the time the past couple days and I m never bloated after drinking or eating allot If you had any suggestions I d be greatful

hi. no need to keep your stomach empty its adviced to eat during fever and once fever subsides your tightness also goes of no need to worry
