Hi,
If the cause of the anencephaly in your first pregnancy has been analyzed, it will be easier to manage further pregnancies. You can take the nutritional supplement as there is no harm done, but, this cannot guarantee a safe pregnancy next time. Unless the causative factor is identified and if possible rectified, you need to be cautious with every pregnancy. Please have an opinion from an expert in high risk pregnancy with a proper evaluation. Since your reports are normal, you can go ahead. Hope this helps.
