Suggest Medication To Cure Headache And Dizziness

Hello, I have been having pressure in my head, headaches and dizziness for about 9weeks now. My doctor at first said it was a sinus infection so I got antibiotics and it cleared than about 6weeks ago I got a cold and I went to my doctor again and he said it was most probably just blocked Eustachian Tubes so he gave me more antibiotics they did nothing and since then my dizziness and headaches haven t gone away. So about 2weeks ago I went to the chemist and got a nasal spray and it i making my nose run but the headaches and dizziness are still there. I leave the country in 3weeks so I am just wondering what to do next... Should I go back to my doctor? I want to get rid of it as soon as possible.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are more like suggestive of sinusitis and subsequent Eustachian tube dysfunctions. As of now you can do steam inhalation to open up clogged sinuses. Over the counter available analgesics can also be taken. Nothing much to worry and the symptoms will improve in few days.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
