Suggest Medication To Delay Menstruation
I am provera 10 mg and have been taking it for 10 days so far to delay my period. My period is due on the first of this month. Today I woke up and noticed bleeding. I believe this is my period. My friend recommended me to go on primolut. I am in urgent need of delaying my period please let me know of any ways but more specifically oral ways of preventing or stopping a period

In my opinion, it is better to take foods that delay periods.
That means foods that cool your body. Don't think of periods, if you get stressed, periods will come early.
