I am 19 years old and I have what I believe are Fordyce spot on my shaft of my penis for about 5 years, they are little white raised bumps. I have never had sex before so it can not be an STD. Is there any cream or something I can use to make these things go away? thanks

Topical tretinoin cream can remove Fordyce spots but a more effective option is cryofreezing with a cold CO2 laser by a dermatologist.
Since we aren't certain these are Fordyce spots you should have a doctor take a look at them first
