Suggest Medication To Heal Open Wound
Hello I have been prescribed solcoseryl jelly for an open wound. As a vegan, I do not want to use this animal-derived product, and I am therefore looking for effective alternatives. My doctor has offered no alternative and the pharmacist is of no help. Thanks for any advice given.

As per your case history of open wound, my treatment advice is -
1. Healing of wound depends on skin condition and systemic disease like diabetes (it may delay healing)
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. You can apply a placentrax gel twice daily for faster healing.
