hello doctor, I am a student of grade 12 i am a girl my question is that what should i add or remove from my diet to reduce weight my weight is 79 kg and my age is 18 since i have started this diet i am getting weak my face complexion is getting dull why: This is my diet of every day: IN BRAKE FAST: i have 500 ml of juice ingredients are 1 carrot,1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 beet, 1 orange, 1 apple, 1 lemon.1 full boiled egg. 10 almonds. 1 banana. BEFORE LUNCH: i have 0.3 L of lime water 1 lime squeezed in water IN LUNCH: i have salad ingredients 1 carrot, 1 capsicum, 1 apple, 1 cucumber, hand full of cabbage, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/2 lime. AFTER 2 HRS OF LUNCH: i have yogurt small pack and butter milk 500 ml then after 2 hrs i have 3 oranges then again 2 hrs later i have soup of chicken or beef or meet or grains or vegetables what ever is available then after 2 hrs i have 0.3 L of warm milk and 1 apple in between of all this diet i have 3 L of water
