General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the complexion of facial skin is influenced by multiple parameters and hence needs definite evaluation clinically so far as the underlying cause and management is concerned, however following would be general guidelines to get better recovery
- Avoid direct and excess sun exposure
- Avoid commercial bleach applications
- Face wash with fruit face pack and gentle sponging, avoid rubbing
- Local application of Multan mitti, aloe vera gel, turmeric paste on alternate basis for excellent Ayurveda properties
- Balanced nutritious diet
- Pills with multi vitamins particularly that of Vit A, C, E, zinc, copper magnesium vital for skin health
- Walking in fresh air to get ozone

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
