Suggest Medication To Improve The Chances Of Conception

Hi, well basically i started my periods at the age of seven and had to have injections in each side of my stomach and i was just wondering whether i can get pregnant? My partner and I are trying but nothing is happening and also i dont take my conctraception pill properly. Please Help!

Do tests like Anti mullerian hormone, LH, FSH.
Do Antral follicle count, ovarian volume.
Semen analysis.
Correction of any abnormality if present will help in conception
