Suggest Medication To Increase Hemoglobin Levels During Pregnancy

sir i am in the begining of the 7th month and i hv not sufficient blood actually am having 6grams blood only am using ordinary tablets which is refered by doctor. thr is no improvement. doctor said to me blood pack wl be ingucted if not improve the blood. am very nervase. shall i take dexorange syrup. is thr any side effects for using this one. and plz suggest me can i drop the old one and use the syrup right now other wise i should take any doctors recommondation. if i use this syrup any pregnency problm i face please advise me. Thank you

Hi welcome to HCM...

When conception occurs , you should consult doctor for examination and HB estimation...
So that if anemia present early treatment can be instituted. ..

Here tablet or syrup both having same mode of improvement , so you can continue tablet ....

But as it is seven month , you need immediate improval ...
So discuss with doctor for blood transfusion or iron sucrose infusion according to examination....

And as after taking drugs you are saying HB not improving , so rule out any hemolytic disorder by PS examination and retic count ....If needed HB electrophoresis done ...
