hi doctor, i am asad 24 male . i do mas tribute from last 10 years, i am married now, every thing is OK, but i don't feel any enjoyment during intercourse. if my partner come at top my timing is 6 minutes, but in any other position ,my timing is only 2 minutes. i don't feel enjoyment during sex. my penis length is 5 inches but its thin and soft, what i do now? i was possitive with hepatitis hcv, but after treatment my pcr is negative, plz give me advise i am dipressed. plz tell me which madicines can make my penis hard and thick? i am also facing premature ejuculation, plzzzzzz

There are no medicines that can increase size of the penis .

Habitual masturbation over a period of long time causes desensitization of glans penis which is prime concern for not getting enjoyment during sex.

As regards your problem of premature ejaculation it is always mind related and due to performance anxiety,Counselling by a qualified Psychiatrist does help to resolve the issue .
