Suggest Medication To Induce Menstruation And Stop Pregnancy

hi doc , i'm 27 yrs old . my period was due on 18th and now its 22 nd evn though i had ahistory of irregular periods but still just after my second baby delivered 6 months back i 'm scared to get pregnant again . i havent tested but want to know wether any effective medications avilable to induce mensuration and end a pregnancy if at all !!
