Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per from question I would like to inform you first of all that Skinlite cream contains steroid [Momentosa furoate] and it is not safe for long term use as it causes Steroid dependence and also steroids have hazardous effects on the skin as it causes irritation and redness of skin as it causes atrophy and thinning of skin leading to inflammation and redness..
Initially there can be improvement in skin tone but long term use can be harmful..
Once you stop applying the cream the skin can start appearing darker and irritated but will resolve in a few days..
You can stop the use of steroid based skin lightening creams and can use Kojic acid containing creams as it is a mushroom extract and is safe for long term use and helps in improving skin tone..
You can apply it twice a day for better results..
You can also apply aloevera gel on face..
Vitamin E containing oils and gels can be applied at night after washing face..
You can use a mild scrub to exfoliate your skin twice a day..
You should limit sun exposure and if you get out into sun always apply a sunscreen lotion and if possible cover the face using a scarf..
A mild facewash can be used to wash your face atleast 2 to 3 times a day..
Drink plenty of water as it maintains skin turgor and shine..

If you do not find improvement certain treatments like Chemical peeling can be done by a dermatologist..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
