Suggest Medication To Reduce Weakness Caused Due To Abuse

Hey, I know a girl about 13 who is being abused. She is pretty good with caring for her self but when i wanted to take her to a doctor when she fainted she told me No. Could the abuse make her weak? And if so is there some kind of meds she can take? She is a very close friend of mine and she is very dear to me (i am 19)
