Suggest Medication To Remove The Black Spots On Ankle Bone

what should I use to remove black spot on ankle bone as it itches forming red sores even blood comes out when rubbing them. will you advise me what medicines to use and even the type of cosmetics and soap. I also fell to put on closed shoes because of the black spots itching.

thank you for putting up your query on HCM.
as per your history, you may have eczema over ankle bone which bleeds sometimes due to excessive itching.
my treatment advise would be:
1. you may apply topical corticosteroids like betamethasone valerate (0.1%) cream twice a day.
2. you may also take tab levocetrizine twice a day for itching.
3. also, apply enmoist cream twice a day to retain moisture.
if persistent after 4 wks, consult a dermatologist nearby.
