Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, the sudden swelling of the cheek, appears to be due to the allergy, or a boil on the skin, or inside mouth.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms levocitrizine, ofloxacin, and diclofenac.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
