Suggest Medications For Bump

im a 23 year old female 175 lbs about 5'4. during my pregnancy in 2010 my elbows started getting these small bumps that started to scab then went away. now the same type of bumps are on my upper back,arms,and chest. i have no idea whar it is but it slowly keeps spreading and making me self conscience(sp?)

It might be difficult to better analyze these bumps without seeing images or examining. Knowing if these bumps pain or itch is of utmost importance. If the fast spreading means urgent attention could be needed. Infections, allergies or fungal diseases should be carefully ruled. The opinion of a dermatologist would be most suited.
