Suggest Medications For Diabetes

I am diabetic since Jan 2009. Initially I was on Glycomet 500 (b/d) till Jul 2013 then on Jalra M(50/1000, b/d) then progressively Jalra M(b/d) ,GP 1 (3 tab. b/d) and Vobose .30mg b/d till Sep 2014 then I Basalog 40 Units h/s alongwith Jalra M(b/d) uptill July 2016. Presently I am taking Lupisillin (30/70) 30 units in morning and 25 units in evening along with Jalra M( b/d) and GP2 (b/d).Yesterday my Fasting blood sugar level was 226. What should I do to correct it.
