Doctor, my ear has got hit when i fell down, my ear is paining and there is numbness on my left ear and not able hear anything from my left ear as of now.please prescribe a medicine, since there is no ENT specialist in my area at this time,kindly suggest a home remedy.

Most possible you have hemotympanum so start on decongestant tab lcz 10mg, tab cephodoxime 200mg bd ,xylomatazoline drop it will take 1. To2 weeks to heal
