I am 48 yr. old woman who has been feeling very sick the last 2 wks. I went the the ER and have had many tests run. My liver enzymes were extremely high, 207, 247, 457. I have a small nodule on liver, small lesion in endom wall, and enlarged portal lymph nodes in that area. I am waiting for more tests and results. Hepatitis tests were negative. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The increased liver enzymes might be indicative for possible gallbladder problems. With regards to small nodule on liver, I should have the biopsy result first before running final conclusions.

If hepatitis tests were negative, then, viral causes are excluded. Should wait until other tests results.

Meanwhile, I highly advise to get regularly followed up by the GI specialist for specific treatment.

All the best!
