Suggest Medications For Loss Of Appetite.

Everytime I stand up, no matter how long I have been sitting (or laying), I get dizzy and everything fades to black. It feels like I m going to pass out, for a few seconds. I ve had nosebleeds in the past, when I was younger, but haven t had them since until this evening. I ve been very tired, and lately I ve lost my appetite. What can I do to make this stop?

Hello
As you mentioned that there is dizziness , blackout , pass out , anorexia , tiredness or fatigue .
As you mentioned that you were also having nose bleeding .
The reason of such symptoms may be ANEMIA , so get in blood examination for hemoglobin level .
Deficiency of calcium may be the next reason of such symptoms so get in blood for calcium level , if low level get its treatment .
Now loss of appetite , when such patient visit me I advise them to take a syrup having ( cyproheptadine+ sorbitol + tricholin ) 10-15 ml twice in day 1 hour before lunch and dinner .
I also advise them to take buclizine hydrochloride tablets 2 twice in day on empty stomach.
Since these drugs are a prescription drugs , so consult a physician and get his opinion.
Good luck.
