Suggest Medications For Osteomyelitis

hi i have met an accident in nov 2011.got tibial fracture(compound).3 surgeries done. still discharge comin from that wound. now dr has defined it as a tibial non union due to infected osteomyelitis.and advised another surgery for removal of plate inside. can any one help me gentin rid of this infection even after this surgery.

I am so sorry to hear about this infection. With an infection, removing the plate is one of the principal and very helpful options to help with the healing process. You would need to get a deep specimen collection for culture and antibiotic sensitivity. Depending on the results, you would be prescribed the appropriate antibiotics. It would be a long treatment and please do all to stay compliant to it.
