Hello dear,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understood your concern.

For pigmentation, kojivit you may use but flucort is a steroidal cream which is not advisable for acne , that too on face and for such a prolonged time.
in such cases, i usually advice my patients to apply aziderm 20% cream over the lesions in night time and clindamycin gel in the morning.

In moderate to sever acne, oral antibiotics like doxycycline, minocycline are adviced.
I hope it helps. If you have further query, you may ask me.
I find this answer helpful
