Suggest Medications For Senddons Syndrome

I have been told after years of chronic pain and fribromyagia and nueropothy i have all the symmptoms of sneddons syndrome. The mottleing has appared reacently eaye sihgt change and pain intolerable. will the other two diagnosis make it harder to diagnose and what pain meds do they usually use ?
