Hello sir....I have severe dandruff problem since childhood... I guess its due to playing in sand for long time....now I have been using topical solutions of ketoconazole fluconazole and terbinafine....and I have also taken terbest for 11 weeks..but the results are not significant.. I really appreciate your concern, this may not be dandruff but could be something else, still you can try "Povidone Iodine" apply this on scalp prior to bath and leave it there for some time say 20 to 25 minuets perhaps this could help you, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
