Suggest Medications For Severe Headache After Having Fusion At C5,6 And 7

My husband has been suffering from severe headaches for 5 months after he had a fusion in his neck at the C5,6 and 7. These headaches have altered our lives. The medicine he has been given does not control them rather just makes him loopey and and fatigued all the time. We have tried injections, accupuncture, physical therapy all with no success. We are beginning to think that no one can help is. He was a perfectly healthy 38 year old male that was extremely active until he fell and herniated his disc in his neck causing pain and loss of use of his right arm. He would now take the loss of the use in the arm over these headaches. Please let us know of any treatments that may be affective besides these medicines that dont work at all.
