Suggest Medications For Severe Lower Back Pain And Contractions

27 yrs old, 5 ft 3in tall, 150 lbs, 35 weeks along w/ baby boy. Very bad lower back pain... along w/ BH contrations that are coming on strong, I've tried a warm bath, tylenol..ect... I really hurt, could i be in labor? 4th baby in 5 yrs. never had labor pains first always just my water breaking and going to the hosp...

Every pregnancy is different and you may have different labor symptoms this time, especially because this baby is premature. I suggest you go to the hospital or see your prenatal care provider to check to make sure you are not in labor. Lower back pain can have other causes too, such as a urinary tract infection, so this also can be evaluated if you see a doctor. I encourage you to get examined as soon as you can. I hope you and your baby are OK and that this answers your question.
