Suggest Medications For Severe Sore Throat

Dear Doctor,I hope you are fine and doing very well! I’m writing you from cold Afghanistan, behind thousands of mountain to seek your consultation.My sister 18YO is suffering from sore throat from the last two years, we met different doctors but none of them helped.It seems she is suffering from allergy, as she get sick once a month and complaining from sore throat with strong fever and blocked nose and pain in the neck. She also has the same complains when she eat paper, salty or spicy foods.I searched for medicines online but don’t know whether they will be suitable or not, please confirm if continues usage of Claritin 5MG/once a day, and cetirizine 5MG/one per day is fine for this patient.Or otherwise please do refer me to some medicine suitable for this patient.Thank you for your help in advance. warm regards I.S

what I am getting from your brief history your sister might be having chronic tonsillitis, and with nasal block is she having * headache as well? if headache along with such condition also alarming sinusitis too ,and as having this problem since last two years and neck pain and every month. so only antihistamines/ant allergic cannot cure this problem. if I would be your sister's doctor I would go for some blood tests throat swab and also would suggest to see surgeon for the proper solution
