Suggest Medications For Stomach Ache In Children
Hello, my 6 yr old son has been complaining of stomach aches for 2 days but BM's r normal. Today he started with a fever. Not too high but 100.7. He is a very fussy eater and we visit a dietician every month in attempts to have him eat a more regular diet.

Abdominal pain and fever in a child is most likely from an urinary tract infection.It can be associated with nausea also.We can confirm the condition by doing a urine routine examination.It is usually treated with antibiotics like cefixime/cotrimoxazole,along with paracetamol.Meanwhile,make him take plenty of oral fluids,in small frequent sips.
