Suggest Medications For Twitching Seizures In Elderly

Hi! My father-in-law is 74 years old. Last night he began having symptoms related to a stomach virus that has been going around the family, specifically diarrhea. My mother-in-law reports that he was flushed and shaky and passed out a couple of times. But she said he was twitching like a seizure. I worried that his blood sugar is low though he is not a diabetic and suggested she get some juice down him. She did and he slept well last night and feels better this morning. Does he need to get medical attention for the potential seizures?
