Suggest Medications To Abort Early Pregnancy

I had my last period on 17th to 20th of may and had sex on 28th and 29th of same month, didn t have sex again until June 15th. was supposed to have my next period between 13th June to 15th but it s yet to come. pls I think am pregnant and would want to know the pills that are safe in aborting it since it s still in early stage and could be bought in Nigeria pls.it s urgent

Understand your concern
First wait for period to come. If period will delay by 10-12 days from expected period date then go for pregnancy confirmation. If intrauterine pregnancy will confirmed by USG scan then you should use mifepristone plus misoprostol under the advice and supervision of gynecologist. Do not use abortion pill at home at it cause serious complication like excessive bleeding and risk of failure in which abnormal development of pregnancy has been develop.
By procedure, 600 mg mifepristone should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally after 48 hour. In some case double dose ma be required.
Abortion process will complete in 4-6 days. Post abortion USG should be done after 14 days to confirm incomplete abortion
