Suggest Medicine And Appropriate Dosage To Delay Periods

Hi..my periods fall on 4th and we hve plan to be on holidays. I hve once taken sysron n to delay my periods but now I dont remember the dosage. ..weather it was one tab bd or if it was 2 tab once a day...plz suggest the dosage and how many days before shd Itke it...
