Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acute abdominal pain . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like constipation ,diarrhea , gastroenteritis or kidney infection I would suggest you to eat light and non spicy , eat more fibrous food like fruits and vegetables and take antacid after every meal . If condition persist then consult gastroenterologist for proper diagnosis . Doctormay order stool test , endoscopy and ultrasound . Doctor may prescribe ornidazole , omeprazole along with laxative . Take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
