General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
This could be due to nay of these
STI or PID
Acid peptic disease like gastritis

Ornilox is an antibiotic combination which should not be taken without doctor's advise and this may not be recommended in your case

I would like further informationto help you better
your age and obstetric history
are you having diarrhoea or vomiting

In my opinion you should consult your doctor for examination and a battery of tests like hemoglobin CBC Liver function test urine culture and an ultrasound if need be

Anti acidity medicines may help you
You can take Lemon water
Hope this helps you
follow up questions are most welcome
wish you good health
