Suggest Medicine For Anxiety And Fear Of Flying

Hello My name is Tina CST, work in The OR at a local hospital. What I need help with is my deep fear of heights and flying! My husband has planed us a flight to Cancun on April 20th and I am freaking out!! I had an appointment with my family dr, who I have went to for over 20 year. He gave me 5mg of. Valium but when I took one I felt absolutely nothing! So the next day I took two which is 10mg and still I felt nothing with this medication! So now I am freaking out Trying to find some medicine to keep me from having a full blown out panic attack on the plane. What medication would you recommend someone who has high anxiety and a deep fear of flying?

it fear phycosis for height. you need counseling.medication taken two days earlier can help. try to control yourself it is simply apprehension. nothing will happen.
