Suggest Medicine For Breathlessness Along With Red Eyes, Ear And Neck

Sie, I am daily drinker, few days before I recognise bad breath, red eyes, red ear and neck & also shortness of breath after drinking just one peck, can you please suggest any medicine. I quit drinking for 20 days but it doesn t work. I am taking Rabesec DSR before drinking, sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn t work

Hello,

Red eyes, ear and neck may be part of hot flushes development through hormone alterations. Breathlessness may be concern with malnutrition related weakness, low hemoglobin or vitamin levels or aspiration pneumonia in some cases. Following measures will help you:
- Trying to focus on complete abstinence from alcohol
- Consume more of liquids as boiled water, lemon juice
- Antihistamine such as Cetirizine or else
- Control of blood sugar
- Control of blood pressure
- Deep breathing exercises
- Meditations and YOGA
- Walk in fresh air
- Avoid smoking if involved

DO visit your primary care at earliest for basic parameters evaluation.
